Instructions
1: Microwave the steamed rice roll package for 3 minutes (do not remove the package bag) to help soften the rolls. 2: Allow to cool down for a bit before peeling. 3: Prep all your toppings by julienning the cucumber, pork ham, and Thai basil. 4: Start peeling the rice sheets layer by layer and tear them lengthwise into bite-sized pieces. 5: To assemble your bowl, add the torn rice sheets and layer on the pork ham, steamed beansprouts, cucumbers, and Thai basil. 6: Top with fried shallots, sambal (if you like spice), and pour on the Vietnamese sweet fish sauce based on preference. 7: Combine well and enjoy.View original recipe
